Do you know all the receivers, phones or even 5-6 ...

Do you know all the receivers, phones or even 5-6 year old routers that Telekom offers as a "gift" to extend the contracts? Do you know all the goodwill you are treated with when you are a customer with a relatively large subscription? All disappear when you want to end the contract. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. I return them to the store or pay for them (with a threatening tone) ... including an old receiver that had neither HDMI nor HD reception. Well, if I kept the rest that I might ever need, they took the receiver when they mounted the new one and by mistake I didn't sign anything for its delivery ... I'll be billed with 35 -40 euros for the respective "gift". Bravo Telekom! Neither I nor my people ever step on you in the store and I promise to tell everyone how kind and nice you are until the end of the contract after which you behave in the store and in the call center like some savvy recoverers. Moreover, 1 and a half months after I submitted the termination request (the legal term to enter into force is 30 days) I received a full invoice, including for two weeks after the contract was closed. I will address the OPC.
