this dealership sucks. went yesterday to look for a car. A sales rep name JJ was helping me look for a car. I gave him my car keys to look at my car for a possible trade in... he honestly held my keys hostage, until i pretty much made a deal, and when i asked NICELY for my keys about 10 times. he wouldn't give them back until i threatened to call the police. i will be talking with Toyota about this encounter.. i give this place NO STARS
