I'm overall satisfied and I understand that, perhaps, they do their best.
It's hard to reach them by phone and if you ran into an emergency you have to be very luck.

I understand also that they might me overloaded but there is no point in saying that the practice was send one date and then discover that it was sent only 2 weeks later.
On the other hand they helped me out as best as they could but it depends a lot on who you find on the other end of the line.

Aside from the phone issue and the phony date in which the practice should have been sent, I'm satisfied and I understand their situation.
