Old and falling apart, had problems all year with bugs, my internet and tv connection was cut off for 2 months because their 30 year old cables need replacing and did nothing about it but blame the internet company and delay fixing it until the end of my lease, our rent was delayed in the mail a day and they had the audacity to charge us after all the trouble with the internet. Don't ever live here, it's awful
