Yeah, it is a scam ! I went to the pharmacy to buy some treatment over the counter and I parked at the car park outside which is said pharmacy patient only. That is why I parked there. Few days later I received a parking ticket. I appealed online say I 'm a patient and attached a receipt. They rejected the appeal saying the ticket was issued correctly in accordance with the terms and conditions stated. That is exactly what you stated on the sign ' Pharmacy patient ' . Now I'm going to appeal again and will take the you to court whatever it takes !
