My experience with McCoy Mills Ford was for the most excellent! My service write up man Art Bravo did a good on my write and follow up. Service took a little longer than I excepted for whatever reason.

The cost of service is what was expected. I had the works package for $39.00, my problem was the way it broken down on my bill:

1). Works-oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection.............$18.00
2). Filter asy -oil".."....................."."............................................................ 6.95*
3) Lube add 6 QTS OF MOTOR OIL"...".................................................... 21.00
4) Waste disposal fee ........................................................................... 2.04*

TOTAL. $47.99

It seems to me that the additional costs over and above the $39 works number was for those two items list listed above. I expected fee for disposal but not for filter asy. Which I thought would be included in the works.

The additional cost on my bill was for mounting two tires which came to $30 and also the sales tax which came to about $2.24 give me a total of $80.23.

The coffe was good as was the water, but no Danish. The GM service provides Danish in the morning and sandwiches for lunch (SIMPSON BUICK).
