Review of Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort

1. Bad experienced staying at this hotel. Check in...

1. Bad experienced staying at this hotel. Check in take about 2 hours, almost 5PM we get into our rooms.

2. Limited parking space. Which is means very limited. Need to park outside from hotel compound. Worst case, u need to walk about 50 - 70 meters to hotel. Not sure if anything happens, the hotel will take responsibility or not.

3. This case maybe not all guest experienced it. If u drive brand new and luxury car, the hotel security and staff will provide parking to you. I dont know, this is always happen or not, but my 2 nights stay here, it happens about 3 times to me.

Hotel is quite brand name, but the management skills very low. Even a motel i think can rent a parking space for guest.

4. Bathroom floor same level with rooms floor. Water from bathroom easily flow inside the room.

5. Because the hotel located at Teluk Cempedak, one of the Kuantan hotspot. Traffic is very bad around here.

Overall, i think just wasting my time staying here.
