They support a site I shop at, and they will not respond to my email and my calls do not get picked up (no recording stating hours, your estimated wait time, etc). My $400 order has been stuck in limbo for a week while they are "verifying payment." What does that even mean and if there's an issue why will no one contact me??? I'd cancel my order at this point, but that would only punish the vendor - although it might motivate them to switch ecommerce cart vendors!
