After two failed "delivery" attempts due to the wrong address despite the phone call to the (paid) customer service number where I asked to update the address and phone number I had to go and pick up the package myself. 20 km of race, arrived three minutes late the clerk just showed me, banging her hand on the door and leaving, the opening time, without even bothering to open to talk to me as a human being.
