Disappointed with the breakdown insurance. I was e...

Disappointed with the breakdown insurance. I was explained that a badly screeching idler pulley (which is kind of covered in all of their breakdown plans) is actually not a breakdown, as the sound eventually disappears. How about intermittent malfunction of brakes? This also perfectly fits the definition of not-a-breakdown.
