Booked at this hotel through my employer for three weeks. The pictures paint a better, more modern picture than what actually exists. The rooms seems like a throw-back to the 70's, they could use a bit of upgrading. I had to request a refrigerator and microwave for my room. The restaurant is attractive but the prices are outrageous. Breakfast, which fortunately for me, was free (due to employer) is $14.00 for continental and $17.00 for buffet! I did not eat other measl at the restaurant due to prices and reviews. Marriott also did not mention in their "Places to dine" section, the best restaurant around, 54th Street Bar and Grill at Zona Rosa. They have pamphlets at the front desk for Zona Rosa which is a large shopping/dining area that covers several blocks. My wife joined me for a week and we went to Zona Rosa almost daily and ate at 54th Street Bar and Grill several times. Both of us could dine there for what it would have cost just for me at the hotel restaurant. On the plus side, the staff were all friendly and the maid service was excellent.
