We purchased a Vanleigh Vilano in the summer of 2019 from lazy days in Tampa. The whole experience was great as far as the sale and taking delivery. There were a few issues at delivery but all were taken care of in a timely fashion. At delivery the entrance door had damage that they called lot damage and there were some cabinet handles in the kitchen area that were bad. We were told that they would order a new door and decals and the cabinet handles and have them shipped to our home in West Virginia , even given and I owe you for these items. I m writing this review now because after several phone calls I ve been unable to get any of these items or or these issues resolved. I didn t fill out any of the surveys on how they did from lazy days because I wanted to wait and give them all the opportunity to take care of this before I wrote a negative review but here I am several months later writing this negative review. We met a lot of nice people at lazy days from the salesman to the finance manager to the delivery manager but it seems as though once we were out the door we were no longer important. My next step is to contact the manufacturer and tell them about our experience.
