With the high reviews of this hotel I may be the minority but I was very underwhelmed and disappointed. The hotel is nice. It is well maintained, clean, and we had a great view. The staff was also very nice - always friendly and helpful. The reason for my low review is that this was simply a bad value for what we received. For three days we were unable to obtain a single pool chair until 4:45 in the afternoon and even then we were lucky to get 1. The pool was jammed. The boardwalk to the beach also contains a bar and to get to and from the beach you are literally brushing up against people at the bar which occasionally would have people gather behind others at the bar making it unpassable without asking folks to move. Why anyone would want to patron a bar where sandy, sweaty, lotioned up beachgoers are brushing up against you is beyond me, but the bar was constantly packed at all times of the day. Other little games like ping pong were never available. The facilities at this hotel simply did not accommodate the number of guests. I will never return. Next time I will spend less money to fly my family to the Dominican Republic and stay at a luxurious resort where even the food is included. Plus the water will be warmer than Spring Break here in Naples. I'm not sure why this place is so crowded as it is so expensive and underwhelming, but they can have it!
