On 3/10/17 I went for a Wax service for a full bikini removal at the location 18723 Biscayne Blvd Aventura, 33180. There was an incident that took place from the wax procedure that resulted in about 3-4 layers of my skin removed from the right side of my private area. I made a incident report at the location and requested that the corporate office contact me. I waited until 3/15 after getting no response from the company I went back to the location and spoke to a manager by the name of Jennifer she took my information all over again and said there was nothing she can do at her level but she will have corporate office give me a call. It took them 2 more days to contact me which was on 3/17. I have been a loyal customer to this business at this specific location for over a decade and they never even attempted to compensate me with anything. I requested back for a refund of all my wax pass that I currently had on file (27) because It was such traumatic experience I knew I would not be going back there anytime soon or ever at all. Not only I'm I dealing with my injury I had to do a dr visit because the wound got infected which resulted in me spending unnecessary money. My anger about the entire thing is I was the one injured and instead of them just giving me back all my money they told me there was a cancellation fee so they took $25 dollars from the money I paid $450)I'm very dissatisfied about the entire thing . All the money I have spent with them it shows they do not value their customers. They never even tried to make it up to me to keep me as a customer. As of today 3/25 I'm still not heal from my wound. I just want this issue resolve so I can move on.
