Absolutely ridiculous in every way.
Was told there was a lot of opportunity at hiring. Was told there is no opportunity a day before firing. Don't waste your time here. Unless you just need a job. But right now there's no work anyway. People have died here. Safety is not taken seriously. They only use safety complaints to get people fired who aren't in their clique.. very childish. Not professional at all. Managers are OSHA certified, don't even use lockout/ tagout. Was given a negative performance review for following my supervisors directions and fired for fixing a safety issue without management approval. Machines don't even work properly. Brought it up to maintenance and supervisor and no one cared. Learned to make my own decisions and got fired.
