A) Terrible customer service and accounts. They do...

A) Terrible customer service and accounts. They don't pick up half of my EFT payments and then it's a struggle to them to rectify it.
B) I've tried on 2 occasions to change contract and they didn't put it into effect.
C) They often just hang up after a while of not being able to help. I'm guessing they are poorly trained and give up in frustration.
