Very good customer service, Carlos from reception took care of us very well, he solved a problem with the air conditioning that did not work well super fast and they gave us breakfast for the inconvenience, very nice and attentive all the staff, the only downside were Beds are very hard and you don't sleep very well. Correct facilities we could not enjoy the spa because of the covid, but we used the heated pool.
