Erica, who is on staff at Sheraton Raleigh, and her colleague, Kira have been EXCELLENT. Talked me through finding parking, made sure I got the room things I needed, and honestly I was a touch cranky because I had not eaten and they were WONDERFUL. Thanks Erica and Kira.
