Hands down the worst customer service experience. Go with any other POS before this one. It looks good but it is riddled with bugs, constantly disconnecting from label and receipt printers, bugs that crash the app all the time, tons of issues connecting and syncing with metrc. Customer service is completely useless. They just straight up will not help you with any issues. Doesn't matter who you email or call there is zero support. If you care about running your business efficiently and effectively choose another POS. The issues with green bits will cost you revenue because of their downtime during business hours. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
