I called about a dog that won t allow us to walk outside nor my neighbors for 2
Days. Even emailed the head of animal control. It outside just barking at us then lenges I have videos and so do neighbors. They keep saying they are sending out someone but no one comes.

Don t know what to do but call the cops. Sad
