Now imagine the most heartless, unfeeling, rude and disrespectful staff of nurses on hand to make you feel ignored and helpless. The nurse manger named Shireese literally ignored me while I stood in front of her for five minutes. Like I was invisible and not a concerned parent of a sick child. How do people behave this way?
