Nice hotel with big rooms (we had a beautiful seaview corner room) and in a convenient location.

We were only disappointed with the service at the reception and at the breakfast desk. After 2 days we found out that we were charged the non hotel guests breakfast price (more expensive) and the receptionist Chelsea told us that they could not change it back to the correct hotel guest price. Apparently, we should have bought the breakfast voucher at the reception rather than at the breakfast desk (where we even mentioned that we were guests and our room number). We found this very strange system, as they admitted that they overcharged us but we not willing to change it. So basically we were told 'tough luck' and we paid the higher incorrect price. It is not about the money, but a hotel shouldn't incorrectly charge their guests.
