I purchased a used vehicle for the first time last week. I stopped by St. Charles Toyota last Monday and was assisted well by Darnell Williams. He helped me learn what vehicles were available and shared all the details I needed to know about the vehicles. I had a very short amount of time on that day and I had to leave too quickly, but I did tell Darnell that I would be back before the end of the week. By the time I left, I had pretty much decided that I was going to seek a Rav4. On Friday, I returned early to St. Charles Toyota and Darnell was not there when I arrive. John Vendel greeted me and we had a good conversation about the type of vehicle I was seeking. As we went over the available Rav4s, John found one that fit exactly what I was looking for regarding the years, mileage and price. We did a test drive and, pretty much, from the time I stepped into the vehicle, I knew this was the one I had sought. John and I had good conversations and he clearly answered any question I had. I was really impressed about how much St. Charles Toyota helped to make my purchase take place quickly and smoothly. As I was waiting for the purchase to be finalized and get the car license attached , Darnell arrived and we got to talk again. I wanted to make sure he knew how well he helped me decide about obtaining the best model. All aspects of this purchase went smoothly and working with both John and Darnell was great. I will always tell my friends to take advantage of the great services provided by St. Charles Toyota.
