I ve stayed at this hotel twice now. Both times I have been double billed. Do you do this to all your customers? I hope your customers are checking their bank/credit card accts. Then when I complain, it gets fixed but takes 7-10 days to be refunded. Ridiculous. I travel for a living and stay in many many hotels. There are way too many other hotel options in that area for me to stay at a place where I have to worry about being double billed. Only positive thing I can say is that Benjamin handled my complaint both times with pure grace. He s an asset to your hotel. Keep him.
