Our eAssist team is the best! Andrea and Meg truly feel like they are a part of our team. They constantly go above and beyond to help ensure our practice is successful. Our practice has experienced multiple insurance companies pay us on a fee schedule that we hadn't agreed to (always a lower one of course). They catch these mistakes and get them fixed, which often is a time consuming and frustrating task. Claims are entered with accuracy and there communication is great.
