I've always had excellent experiences ar Luisa Graff! Today my fiance and I came in to choose our wedding bands. We both had a set idea of what we wanted and thought it would be simple! But the decisions we had to make, even with our set ideas, were not as simple as we thought!

Karen listened to us and patiently showed us everything she thought we would be interested in, and helped us think through our decisions. Ultimately our chosen rings were much more spectacular than we had anticipated and fit perfectly within our planned budgets.

Then Karen helped me pick a Mother's Day gift :)

Everyone was friendly! Karen took her time with us, was kind, and paid excellent attention to detail! We never felt rushed or pressured, and were given all the time and space needed to decide. I also appreciate how conscientious everyone was to wear masks and clean EVERYTHING that was touched.

Good job, everyone! We can't wait to pick up our rings and will cherish them forever! You will be part of future anniversaries, holidays, and many other wonderful occasions for us!
