The website is atrocious, completely lame. However, when I finally determined the correct number to call, it was answer by a deputy that was pleasant enough, who gave me all the information that he could. So the person who answered my call was great, but due to the extreme lack of information and usability of a website for this facility, I could only give two stars in this review. SERIOUSLY, improve your website so people know what is up with visitation, commissary, writing letters, your dress code policy, putting money on books, etc. I am a highly visual person, so information given via this automated call crap, is just that, crap. And if it is all possible, please consider the next time it comes up for contract renewal, going through ICSolutions for phone service. They don't charge big fees and expensive phone rates. I have not visited the facility yet, but will post another review after I have.
