Very, very bad customer service. Called to see if I can do an early check-in and the first time I was transferred without warning, so while I was still talking, the second person I got to act like he didn't want to help me at all. He had the ability to look up the room by my last name since the confirmation I gave him apparently was invalid, but insisted I must give him a confirmation number. He had the dates of my reservation incorrect which caused panic because I'm due to arrive in a couple of hours and felt like I wouldn't have a room. Ended up hanging up on them, I'll just deal with it when I get there. I understand it's 3 a.m. over there, but please act like you care about your job and your customers. I'm simply flying in from Phoenix to Kansas and want to make sure that I have a place to go but I'm not sure. One person told me I had two rooms reserved and the other said he couldn't find one! I bet they're going to charge me for that too.
