Always feel that Honda World has been honest and very good in the customer service business. I love the waiting room and this time there was even an attendant who helped me to make some coffee and was very friendly and kind. My service representative, I believe her name was Angela, was very upbeat, personable and knowledgeable. It did not take too long to get the service done, just an oil change and the recall for the passenger side air bag.
