Boston Latin Academy is known for their rigorous academics and their strive for excellence in all students. However, the atmosphere due to the makeup of the student body, can be very toxic at times due to adolescents incapability of understanding, and accepting one another. I believe there is hope for BLA's improving in atmosphere and mood. But it begins with honesty, generosity, and respect. And most of the teachers there teach wonderfully, however it is my personal opinion (me being a student) that certain teachers should be revised by administration for their teaching methods, tone towards students, and the overall energy they possess and express throughout the school day.
