First time to visit and was impressed with the customer service my Aunt received. Great store. Wasn't there very long to really shop.

When the groomer Ashley left the location, the next groomer gave my dog a horrible cut. We took her again and everyone was so impatient my dog was traumatized.
The tattoo lady is plain old ROUGH and not very compassionate, not good with dogs or people in my opinion. No not going back

What a pet paradise. They have everything! If they don't, they'll special order it. Their pet babysitting is first class.

I love this place but they overcharged me the last time I went there for grooming and when I pointed it out I was told no all is correct even though advertised prices are different. I don't care about the $10 but please do know your prices because if you make me do the math then it is very awkward and unpleasant for me.

They refused to redo my dog when I returned a week after they had groomed my dog and she had two huge mats. They wanted to charge me full price again and groom her again. Rude female groomer with tattoos.

This place has well informed sales people who are willing to spend time helping you find the pet food that is right for you. They even told me what cat food smelled the worst. Really appreciated the time they spent with me and the variety of options in the store.

Went in for the first time looking for christmas gifts for my pets and it was a diamond in the ruff! (No pun intended) they literally have all the personalized collars for cat and dog. Plenty of food and services offered and the staff my goodness were so happy to see us! They are super friendly and that's what brings back customers! Great job everyone

Pretty pricy but its great quality stuff. They answer your questions and give you tips. They offer grooming too. Though I stopped using those services after my dog got an allergic reaction to the flea treatment one. But definitely go there for the food, treats, toys, and accessories. They're good People.

We take our dog here for daycare and the occasional overnight stay. They also do nail trimming, teeth cleaning, baths, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and spend lots of time with the animals.

Been taking my male cat here for grooming (excellent lion cut every time!) and boarding. He is loved and well cared for every time he stays at MPG.

Had a wonderful experience at My Pet Garden. They were really kind, helpful and very gentle in grooming my cat. Always felt like this was a service under friends rather than a business! The icing on the cake was the wonderful, handwritten card i received in the mail a couple of weeks later, such an unexpected outstanding gesture! Will definitely be back.

They are my go to spot for all my pets needs. I have had them a couple times to board my dog while I was away for the weekend also, took great care of him!!

We had an awful experience at bath r doggie years back that resulted in my two getting a nail infection since they cut it too short and made them bleed. I took them to my pet garden and they have been great with our three cats. Especially with our Michi since she Omaha been the hardest one to get out of the house

This place is THE ULTIMATE grooming place.they have the nicest employees,well stocked with anything you need that is good for your dog.i swear everytime i go in there the dogs that are groomed there have smiles on their faces...teeth sparkling clean...thats right they also offer to brush your dogs teeth.THE BEST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN.i try to go there as much as possible just to have my son happy and clean

I have been taking my dog here for about 1 year and never again. I am always very thorough and double check that his teeth have been brushed, anal glands are taken care of, etc and I ask them if everything looks okay.

A few days ago, I left My Pet Garden under the impression that he was happy and healthy. Hours after his grooming, I noticed a big red bump near his tail that swelled up and started to bleed.

With a visit to the vet just yesterday, I found out that he had two impacted/abscessed anal glands, one that bursted through his skin. Also, the groomers were NOT cutting his nails to the point that a sore formed due to his nails rubbing against his skin. Turns out, (the vet informed me) that they had NOT been cleaning his anal glands, cutting his nails, OR brushing his teeth for a very long time. Not to mention his cut is different every single time that I go there.

The groomers should have AT LEAST let me know that he needed to go to the vet. This is not okay. I'm very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Our little Luna was soooo happy and sassy when walking out of here after getting professionally groomed for the first time! She s a 9-year old rescue we just adopted 6 months ago and I m so happy she was comfortable here. They did a great job and did exactly what I asked for! The staff is also super nice and friendly!

After a poor experience elsewhere we took our little dog in for an emergency bath and haircut. She looked a bit like a mop when we dropped her off and when we picked her up not only was she clean and smelling fresh, but the cut was adorable. They did a great job and have earned a loyal customer. now this is how it is done!!!

Their selection of toys is impressive, but not many options of cat litter.

Excellent selection of squeaky toys. Salesperson let me squeeze every one as I evaluated them for tonality and squeak quality. My dog just watched in awe.

I took my dog this Friday for grooming. He has been there before but because of his medical conditions we skipped for over a year I tried to groom him at home, now you can imagine how he looks.

We've been taking our puppy here for grooming over the past year. The staff is always friendly and their management is extremely responsive.

I can t say enough wonderful things about this pet salon I take both my Pomeranian doggies here for a few years now and the staff is friendly attentive and always do what I want as far as grooming my dogs come out happy and smelling wonderful! They also have loyalty discounts on grooming I will only go to these groomers !
