not at all helpful. was enquiring about the Shoryudo 5 day Highway Bus Pass and there is the idiot who i spoke to on the phone was more interested in lunch than serving customers. then there is this malay dude sitting infront, really bumiputera style. i dont know. not even attempting to assist.

finally the manager i hope she is, if not she deserves to be, came to explain the pass tho not in great detail but 5 stars for the attempt. she is japanese. they never sold this pass in their lifetime i think...not knowing anything about it..

having said that the Shoryudo bus pass is a good buy if travelling to nagoya-takayama-kanazawa-toyama area!
