Terrible customer service! If you are do a refund...

Terrible customer service! If you are do a refund, good luck getting it. They sit on your money forever! No excuse for treating customers like this. Only the great stores will survive these trying times and changing climate. I'm betting Todd Snyder is NOT amongst them!
