After moving out of state shutting off service correctly documented it, and they continued to bill me for 2 months. I have had three separate debt collectors which I have disputed in writing, now they have tanked my credit score. Horrible company, treated this disabled veteran with perfect credit and proof and confirmations from their system like a liar and theif use a different company or go completely off the grid beware! Worst ultility company I've encountered in my 12 moves in 12 states! Wish I could give negative stars review. Absolutely Horrible!
