It is very regrettable for a 4 star but the service and quality of the rooms are equivalent to 2 stars, even 2 stars can be better. Check in hotel must wait 1 hour / room, guests are in a long line without being ignored by the hotel reservation. especially with hesti & rizni. Her job only looks at the PC computer but not on the Ksh2 room card. 26 January 2019 then I checked in with 2 rooms, and I spent the time queuing to check in for 2 HOURS !!!! while rizni works to play walkie talkies and then laughs, guests want to check in to the back, etc. Same with the reservation guy, it all works LESS !! people told to stand in line for hours !!! the service is really crazy. this is the first time I go to a 4 star hotel with ABAL-ABAL service !!!
for standard rooms are not equalized, order via the web stay in Girrafe, 1 room can get a welcome drink, the other room has no welcome drink. with the room condition which is still dusty, it & apos; s not cleaned first.
breakfast is too traditional, not many choices. standard taste.
the room wifi is unstable and can not enter at first you have to call it many times br can enter.
improve again with cleanliness and service. for the animal is ok
