We came to Southtowne Tim Dahle Nissan in hopes to trade in our used Rouge. We were met by Jon Lindburg who listened to our situation and took a few notes and then went to talk to his sales manager. We were upfront and told him we were a little upside down in our current car payment so we were prepared to have to pay the difference. We also were looking to buy a cheaper car so hopefully the difference and a cheaper used car would be right where we need to be.

Jon was gone maybe 2 minutes and came back and basically shut us down and told us there was nothing they could do for us. We were a little taken back asking there was nothing? He said because of our negative equity he couldn t even help us at all and basically walked away. So rude and unprofessional, not helpful at all to see what he could do to help us in this tight situation we are in. We will never do any future business here because of him and how he portrayed Southtowne Tim Dahle Nissan.
