Joe Boylan was our agent for our home purchase. As first time home buyers, we came into the process knowing we weren't going to find that "perfect" home. Having realistic expectations, and amazing agent is what it really takes. His patience, and understanding of what we were looking for at a minimum was phenomenal. Joe really listened to what we were looking for, as well as what neighborhoods. He never showed, or even suggested, and homes outside of our parameters. He always stayed in touched, even after we went under contract. From day one, even upto today, he has remained in touched and like apart of our family. We couldn't be more pleased with everything, and would recommend Joe and 1st Class any time.
