We have our dryer out service since November 2021....

We have our dryer out service since November 2021. And everything i ask about it we get parts on order. 6 months? Where is the part coming from? Now we want want pay off the contract but can't because our dryer is out for repairs?
Was told that the manager is working on it at that they would get back with
Me in a few days. Been a week still nothing ..
This kick the can public service sucks. Im rethinking my loyalty to your compay.
