Horrible Experience. Long check in even after paying before arrival. The rooms were in need of updating. We checked in the day before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving morning I woke up to an alert on my phone telling me my bank account had a new withdraw of almost $800. The withdraw was made by Sheraton. Contacted the front desk who said their system did it but they would be reimbursing it back to me. We stayed 3 nights and the money still wasn't given back. They said I'm not the only one it had happened to. In addition they didn't satisfy me in any way with a resolution.
