Person didn t turn up, and didn t even bother curtesy calling me to say they weren t going to make it, which for the record, Is NOT out of your control. You had full control of the situation, and you chose to let it be an issue. I actively called you at 16:15 to clarify the location, and estimate which was not confirmed until 7pm when their working day was over.

These guys can t accommodate a new appointment, and I simply cannot afford to loose anymore pay because they lack the ability to possess timekeeping and curtesy.

I ve lost a significant amount of money because of these guys simply because their policy states someone needs to be present (WHEN THEY SHOW UP).

I will be filling for reimbursement through your regulator should my complaint not be successful for the losses I have incurred.
