We went there to buy two cars. After testing them and got the offers, we tried to negotiate. The person got angry, hit the table, ripped the papers off and stormed put. Nobody came to apologize or anything. We had to leave. My friend bought the same model in Quirk Mazda for a better price, (no drama, first offer), so clearly we weren't asking for something crazy.

Update to the reply: Nobody has called me. I guess you are reffering to my friend. The act of your rep was like I described and we weren't upset at all for the price. It wasn't what we weren't expecting, but we were NOT upset. I doubt a lot my friend said we weren't treated poorly. And nobody has called ME and I am speaking for myself only. There were two sales there, so don't reply to this comment if you didn't speak to me. I still says there is no way a rep. can do that and leave the customers like that. This complain is going to Mazda as well, of course.
