Had an issue with a vendor that they chose damagin...

Had an issue with a vendor that they chose damaging one of my appliances. When approached about the subject, they suggested I use a vendor they know and if they confirm it was damaged from non-usual usage, they would refund the bill. To my surprise, when I presented a written invoice say as much, they declined to refund this amount...I was shocked that Maria wasn't on my side, they are MY condo managers and should be fighting to protect me...unless they have a backhand deal with Jermark, the plumbers who damaged my appliance and as a side note, where not friendly with my pet whatsoever. I'm deeply dissapointed with this whole experience. It's a shame as it's really over $400!
