I'd like to say that Vladimir's customer service on my recent trip (11/22/16) went above and beyond my expectations. I'm a very detailed customer and noticed that the differential fluid on my paperwork was a different type that what the manufacturer had recommended.

It turns out that the dealership's software was calling for the wrong fluid, but the Service Tech who did the actual oil changed noticed our 2016 Pilot changed diff oil fluid types from the 2015 model, caught it and put in the correct oil. Vladimir was able to work with the Parts Dept and service Tech to confirm everything so we didn't have to flush and re-fill. Vladimir was awesome here. I still hope it got the right fluid!

Next I asked to have our 'weather protection package' re-applied inside and out, including the leather treatment. I noted that I wanted to have all three rows of leather seats cleaned and protected, knowing there was a small spill on the third row seat that I would have had to climb back to get to. He added very detailed notes in the write-up to the detail shop. The car came back and they only cleaned/treated the front row seats. Nothing in the back two rows had been touched - taking short cuts. I noticed the third row spill was still there and the 2nd row hadn't been protected either.

Vladimir apologized and sent it back to the detail area to have it corrected. His attitude was great during all of this too. I could have seen myself being frustrated if I was in his shoes in this situation because he really couldn't control what happened - it wasn't his fault - but he was super cool and took care of each concern quickly and in a very professional manner. I left very impressed, despite the inconvenience of the additional wait.
