I set up an appointment at least two weeks in advance and asked that my dash board electrical be looked at since it would go blank at random times without notice. I also asked that my tire pressure and or sensors be checked since the notification as well as low tire pressure light was consistently on no matter how many times I put air in my tires. I also stated that i am taking the car to Atlanta in Dec and to check everything so I know I am safe to drive it. I arrived about 15-20 min before my 6:00pm appt and repeated this to my assigned rep. He assured me that they would take care of everything and it would be a couple of hours. I accepted that and went to wait in the lobby. After waiting almost 3 hours, I was told that my dashboard needed an update which they installed and did a hard reset as well. "That should fix the problem". So far so good. In regards to the tire pressure notice and consistent light. I was told they put air in the tires and that they could tell one of my tires was wearing unevenly and they did not know what was causing that. I asked what can I do - does it need something else, and I was told the light is out now so lets see what happens. As long as the light was out, I was happy so I took them at their word. I proceeded to my car outside and noticed that my XM radio was giving a code, I went back inside and asked Daniel to show me how to correct this because the XM radio did not work. At that same time, I noticed I was receiving a B1 maintenance notice- Daniel checked and i was at 10% oil life. Now I just spent 3 hours waiting for my car to be checked over and THIS did not show up when it was checked? Needless to say i was not happy with Honda at that point, but I was not about to wait any longer. I told him that is fine I will take it somewhere else and get the oil changed. Thinking that was my only issue, I proceeded to drive home only to have my tire pressure notification come back on and to this moment it remains on. The tires have been filled with air to the amount they are supposed to be. I do not want this light on and I feel that should not be a hard thing to figure out. It is not convenient for me to come there and sit for multiple hours especially to find out that my issue was not fixed. If you all can not fix my issue, i will find somewhere that can. I do want to let you know that I have owned Honda's in the past in Georgia as well as here and I have never had any issues with my Honda. This time I am very disappointed. Please feel free to contact me should you want to discuss further.
