Most often these situations are very frustrating and take a very long time. Being that it was my first time dealing with an unfortunate event in which resulted in further action. CZR made the process very smooth and pain free, meaning they were very informative, consistent and always a pleasant to speak to. Not only was the case resolved in a timely manner but resolved accordingly. For a person with basic knowledge of law, they made sure I understood the process and potential outcome. Thus, resulting stress free and able to face the challenge confidently.
