My son lived in a studio apartment for a year paid...

My son lived in a studio apartment for a year paid each months Bill and gave finalnotice of moving out in July. On September 2, an 80.change appears on his account statement. I call him to check to see of there is a mistake. They tell him this is a charge to close out the account. Never heard of such a thing! He's a student and can't really afford this nonsense! Anyone else experienced this?
