Who doesn't love free things to do and visit? Free is my middle name! Jk, but on a serious note. It's definitely difficult to get a good photo without anyone around. It takes a lot of patience and friendliness to work around others people. That's the price you pay when something is free.

Try going later in the evening. It's a lot easier. Be mindful there's security, so don't try to climb or do anything crazy. Parking can be difficult. You can park in front for a few minutes with your hazards on, but be mindful of your surrounding.
