Today I tried to pay my insurance... they dropped ...

Today I tried to pay my insurance... they dropped me no warning...my policy was supposed to be renewed today so I cannot drive. Apparently they won't be doing business with Washington state and wont do monthly payments further. A heads up would have been nice... I've been a customer for over 4 years, to be treated like this has been an awful experience. Shame on the company!
