Had an amazing experience at Baxter. It was time for me to purchase a 2015 F 150, so my wife and I began doing some research on the vehicle. We knew our first stop was going be salesman Ambrose Lurks at Baxter, as my family has already purchased a few vehicles from him. Exactly what I expected - very friendly people, professional, and very knowledgeable. We were able to look and drive several different trucks and pick out the one we loved the most (even sold the loaner I was driving for a couple days to my dad).
Since the purchase, there have been a few minor issues on the truck that needed fixed, and all of the folks at Baxter continued treating us as priority #1. Just a lot of good people there. My daughter still asks me if we can go see Ambrose!!
