Outrageous service. The tracking confirms the delivery, and does not arrive. I request the withdrawal in the store, it is confirmed for the next day, complete with a code. The next day they send me an email saying that the package is again being delivered "as per my request". Looking still times of the store I chose (it is open all day until the 20th), I leave early from work and step to see at 15, closed shop! I run home, waiting for the mysterious courier. Around 5.30 pm they rewrite me by e-mail to tell me that "the package is now in storage at the store", until that evening, so for a few hours (but at this point what will be the closing time? There are no telephone numbers. ). I run into the store (15 km from my house) and finally I find it open and track the package. State of the art efficiency
